The way we work
Aurelien Berson’s civil engineering background includes major Australian infrastructure projects. That experience informs how our company approaches a home: the span of a slab, the sequence of a pour, and the practical work of turning a difficult site into a place to live.
We work alongside clients, architects, interior designers and specialist trades, bringing construction knowledge to the design conversation. Structure, materials and details are worked through together, so the decisions on paper can become the spaces people live in.
We want our knowledge to outlast any one project. Care at a concrete edge, patience at a junction, the experience of solving an unfamiliar problem: these are standards we want to pass between people, and into the company’s future.
A finished home becomes part of somebody’s life. What we learn in making it becomes part of the company. We want to keep building both.
